No. Describe the problem in everyday words. A screenshot or a document can help, but you do not need one.
Yes, they are welcome. Forward the calendar invitation to them, or add them as a guest when you book.
Yes. It is yours to use with your own team or to take to another provider. Implementation by anyone is a separate decision and is not included.
No. If you would like help with the implementation, you get a separate proposal with scope and price. Nothing happens unless you say yes.
We use it only to prepare and hold the call and to send you the roadmap. Recordings and files are stored privately and deleted automatically. The call itself is not recorded. The privacy notice has the details.
